Our company is looking for a talent HR/Soial Compliance who are responsible for monitoring and implementing the HR/Compliance system to comply with local law and buyer requirements.
- Establish, implement, maintain and improve standard and management system of compliance in the Company, such as HSE, ISO 28001, IWAY, CTPAT...
- Periodically arrange and prepare material for Internal & External audit for full compliance.
- Leading of Internal & External audit
- Lead, guide and supervise EHS activities such as: first aid, firefighting, labor accident, chemical, environment, health, safety…
- Prepare comments/questions/action plans for all internal, customers, and 3rd party social compliance
- Other tasks assigned by Compliance Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduate from Environmental Technology
- Good English skills especially reading and writing
- Willing to travel
- Teamwork and can work under pressure
- Good at communication and presentation skill, problem solving skill, management skill…
